In 2018, Tecnorenova installed 50 M114 3.4 MW wind turbines in Freirina, Atacama Region. The Senvion 3.4M114 NES (Next Electrical System) is based on a design approach that has been tested in over 600 Senvion 3.XM DFIG (double-fed induction generator) turbines.
