Dual Vocational Training is a recently introduced concept in the field of Vocational Training in Galicia. It consists of combining education in education institutes with exhaustive and extensive internships in companies focused on practical and realistic preparation, with high possibilities of employability. In this way, students can master the various tasks that make up the production process with safety and professionalism.

Tecnorenova offers training to 15 students who are undertaking two of the higher degrees:  Renewable Energies  and Industrial Mechatronics.

These degrees must be completed in two academic years. In each academic year, the first half will take place to training at the Education Institution while the second part will be in Tecnorenova.

Covid-19

In September 2019, the first promotion of these students will be ready to begin. Despite the fact that according to the schedule they should have started their internships in February 2020, they had to be postponed until September of the same year. Currently and until January 2021 they will continue to do internships with us. After another 6 months of theoretical training, they will be able to complete the cycle and be the first class of professionals trained through this initiative.
